B.E.A.R Minimum stands for "Bet Everything Accepting Risk". Where does that phrase come from? Well, in life when you have a vision, you have to give everything you got to make it happen! Of course, nothing comes easy, so learning to accept any possible risks and face all obstacles when beginning on that journey is important to keep you motivated to continue on. Without accepting that there may be risks and obstacles you'll be stuck doing the minimum and never know about what could have been.
